Remove 2 layers of flooring in West Des Moines, IA

Project Description

There are 2 layers of linoleum glued/stapled down in this room.

I tested it, the glue is old and is no longer bonded to the sub floor. However it does add slight difficulty.

Unfortunately there appears to be a lot of staples, which is what makes this so time consuming.

I have all the tool you could need, this is not difficult work, but it will be time consuming.

I have both layers of linoleum removed and a majority of the staples/fasteners pulled out. I do not want them just hammered in. On any that can not be pulled out, hammering them in is acceptable. New LVT will be going over the plywood subfloor.

I will provide contractor garbage bags to put the debris in. I want the floor left clean swept when you are done.

I will award this project as soon as I get a bid I consider to be reasonable. If you're looking for something to do this weekend, here's your chance to make some money.

Preference will be given to how soon you can do the work and your bid price.

In your bid, let me know when you want to do the work and if you need to borrow any tools. This will help me plan accordingly.
