Project Description

We are currently debating between refinishing the existing oak hardwood vs installing new LVP over the existing oak hardwood.

Please provide a price to sand, stain, and varnish (2 coats of oil based) the existing oak floors.

In your bid, please include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work.

There is 735 sq feet of existing hardwood floor. The rooms outlined in red have hardwood. the Kitchen and Bathroom do not.
