Nomination Requirements

1. You must have a HUDU account with a completed profile.
2. A short bio (around 100-150 words)** sharing your story and why this opportunity would be life-changing.
3. If selected, you must be pre-approved for a mortgage through Vision Bank for an amount equal to or greater than the final purchase price.
4. You must agree to participate in media coverage, including photos, videos, and interviews related to the Flip It Forward program.\
