What is HUDU?
HUDU is a platform that connects people who need tasks or projects completed (Listers) with skilled individuals (Doers) who can handle the work. The app allows Listers to post jobs, receive bids from Doers, and choose the one that best fits their needs, eliminating the need to spend time searching for the right person and negotiating rates. It provides tools and resources to facilitate communication and collaboration, and has a verification process and peer review system to ensure that users can trust each other.
How do I post a task or project on HUDU?
To post a project in HUDU, you will need to create an account and log in. Once you are logged in, you can click on the “Post” button, which will take you to a form where you can provide information about the task or project you need completed. You will be asked to provide details such as the title, a brief description, the location where the work will be done, and when the Doer can… well, do the project. Review your project and click list! Doers will then be able to submit bids. You can review the bids and choose the Doer that best fits your needs and budget.
How do I find a Doer to complete my task or project?
To find a Doer to complete your task or project on HUDU, you will need to first create an account and log in. Once you are logged in, you can click on the “Post” button, which will take you to a form where you can provide information about the task or project you need completed. You will be asked to provide details such as the title, a brief description, the location where the work will be done, and when the Doer can complete the project. Once you have submitted your project, Doers will be able to see it and submit bids. You can then review the bids and choose the Doer that best fits your needs and budget. You can also search for a doer by skillset, and find the perfect fit that way.
When do I pay the Doer?
A Lister is required to pay for a project when they awarded the project to a Doer within the HUDU app. Once the Lister has awarded the project, HUDU will hold the payment until the project is completed and the Lister has verified that the work meets their standards. The Lister will then be prompted to release payment within the app, at which point the payment will be immediately transferred to the Doer’s bank account. The payment process in HUDU is designed to be simple, secure, and protect the interests of both the Lister and the Doer. By holding the payment until the project is completed and verified, it ensures that the Lister is satisfied with the work before releasing payment, and the Doer can be confident that they will be paid for their work.
How do I rate a Doer after they've completed a task or project?
A Lister can rate a Doer after they have completed a task or project by going to the project details page within the HUDU app. On this page, there will be an option for the Lister to provide feedback and a rating for the Doer. The Lister can choose a rating from a scale (e.g. 1-5 stars) and write a review about the Doer’s performance on the task or project. This feedback is visible to other users on the app and can help other Listers make informed decisions when choosing a Doer for their own tasks or projects. The rating and review system is helpful to build trust between Listers and Doers and ensures that the project is completed to a high standard.
How do I know if a Doer is reliable and skilled?
You can get a good idea of a Doer’s reliability and skill level by checking their profile on the HUDU app. You’ll be able to see the Doer’s rating and reviews left by previous Listers. This will give an overview of the Doer’s experience and customer satisfaction within the app.
It’s important to note that it’s always a good idea to communicate with the Doer before awarding the project to get a sense of their qualifications and work style. This can help you make an informed decision and increase the chances of a successful project outcome.
